It was a mature environment for clinical leaders to have difficult conversations and see each others’ points of view. Setting ground rules early enabled free-flowing and honest conversations. Purpose I was invited to chair the session, which convened 25 leaders from the six PCNs in the London Borough of Lewisham, including from general practice, super-practices, local medical committee representatives and the chief executive of the GP federation.
